Accounts
- Accurate info required
- You secure your account
- Must be 18+
- One account per person
Bookings and Payments
Funds held in escrow until session completes.
Cancellation and Refunds
- 24h+ before: full refund
- 2-24h: 50% refund
- Less than 2h: no refund
- Expert cancels: full refund
- Client no-show: no refund
- Expert no-show: full refund + penalty
Expert Obligations
- Accurate profile
- Professional sessions
- Be on time
- Respond promptly
Client Obligations
- Respect professionals
- Be on time
- Honest reviews
- No recording without consent
IP
Beep owns the platform. Users own their content.
Liability
Platform as-is. Not liable beyond refund policy.
Disputes
Submit within 24h. Tunisian law applies.
Modifications
We may update. Continued use = acceptance.
